Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12:00 midday (UK time) on a working day are processed for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

While we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, dispatch times are not guaranteed and may be affected by high order volumes, promotional periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are shipped using third-party delivery providers, including but not limited to Royal Mail and other courier services, selected at our discretion based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.

Where applicable, orders will be sent using an age verification delivery service. By placing an order, you agree that the recipient may be required to provide valid proof of age upon delivery. Failure to provide satisfactory identification confirming that the recipient is aged 18 years or over may result in the parcel being withheld, returned, or delivery refused. We accept no liability for additional costs incurred as a result of failed age verification.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the delivery address and selected service.

Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be issued. Tracking information will be provided where available.
