How to use it:

1. Plug in the XQ2 and power it on using the heater unit.
   
2. Load one of the glass Connoisseur Bowls with finely ground dry herb; attach it to the heater.
   
3. Choose your delivery method:
   
   Balloon Mode: Connect the balloon mouthpiece and fill the bag using the heater’s fan.
   
   Whip Mode: Attach the silicone whip and inhale directly from the heater.
   
4. Set your preferred temperature using the on‑unit controls or remote.
   
5. Start inhaling once the unit has reached temperature; draw slowly for best flavour and vapour.
   
6. After your session, remove the glass parts, empty any leftover herb, and clean the bowls and accessories regularly to maintain performance.

The Arizer QX2is designed primarily for dry herb vaporization, delivering clean, flavourful vapor through its all-glass airpath and hybrid heating system.

The Arizer XQ2 is mains‑powered (plug‑in only) — it runs via its AC power adapter and does not operate on an internal battery.

1. Plug in the device using the included mains adapter.
   
2. Fill the glass aroma tube with your dry herb (do not overpack).
   
3. Insert the tube into the heating chamber.
   
4. Switch the unit on and set the desired temperature using the digital controls.
   
5. Wait for the light to indicate it’s heated.
   
6. Inhale slowly through the mouthpiece for smooth vapor.
   
7. Remove and empty the glass tube after each session and clean regularly.
   

It’s mains-powered only, so it needs to be plugged in to function.

The Arizer XQ2 offers a broad temperature range from 50 °C to 260 °C (122 °F to 500 °F), allowing for low‑flavour vapor to dense clouds.

You can adjust the temperature in precise 1 °C increments using the on‑unit controls, giving you fine control over your session.

Yes — the Arizer XQ2 is compatible with other Arizer glass accessories, including certain bowls and tubing. It works seamlessly with standard Arizer glass components designed for vaporisers, though it’s best to use parts sized for the XQ2 to ensure a proper fit and optimal performance.

1. Disassemble the device – Remove the glass stem and any detachable parts.
   
2. Brush residue – Use a small cleaning brush to remove loose herb particles.
   
3. Soak glass parts – Soak the glass stem in isopropyl alcohol for 10–15 minutes.
   
4. Rinse thoroughly – Rinse the glass with warm water until all alcohol is removed.
   
5. Wipe the main unit – Use a damp cloth (no alcohol) to gently clean the exterior.
   
6. Dry completely – Ensure all parts are fully dry before reassembling.
   

Regular cleaning keeps the vaporiser performing at its best and ensures pure flavour.

The Arizer XQ2 comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
