- Blue (Low) ~490–505°F (≈260°C) – Best for flavour, light vapour
- Green (Medium) ~510–520°F (≈265–270°C) – Balanced flavour and vapour
- Red (High) ~530–545°F (≈275–285°C) – Stronger vapour with good flavour
- White (Peak) ~545–565°F (≈285–295°C) – Maximum vapour and intensity
